Tuch, nee Andrews, age 83, formerly of Frankfort, IL and Chicago’s Roseland area, more recently of West Hartford, CT, gracefully and peacefully departed this life on May 8, 2015. Devoted wife of the late Martin C. Tuch. Survived by her loving daughter Mary, son-in-law Dean and grandson Manny Martin Tulumaris, who together gave her great comfort and special care in her later years. Born in Chicago, she attended Fenger High School and Central Missouri State College. She was school secretary at St. Catherine of Genoa School and worked tirelessly for the Marillac House providing social services to Chicago families. Georgene’s life was motivated with kindness and comfort for the problems and concerns of others in her Chicago community. Those whose lives she touched were consoled, uplifted and enhanced by the warmth of her encouragement. She was a long-standing and faithful member of St. Anthony Church in Frankfort, and a Charter member of Prestwick Country Club where she enjoyed golf and bridge.
